Malvern Law was established in 2018 as a boutique litigation service providing direct access to expert advice and assistance in international and domestic commercial litigation and arbitration matters.  Malvern Law is based on an innovative model whereby barristers provide legal services through a corporate entity which is authorised by the Bar Standards Board. Malvern Law provides a one stop shop for both legal advice, case management and advocacy meaning that clients can save cost by not instructing both solicitors and barristers.  Malvern Law is authorised to conduct litigation before the English courts, to accept public access instructions and as a Part I authorised firm before the DIFC.

We are committed to finding the right solution for each client’s case and will fight to get the best possible outcome, whether through taking a case to hearing (and appeal if necessary) or by reaching a commercial settlement.

Calibre:

We are trained Barristers, with experience at international firms based in London and have acted in sizeable commercial cases before both domestic and international courts and tribunals.

Value:

We aim to be highly competitive on fees through keeping overheads low and ensuring the legal team managing your case is streamlined. Our hourly rates are significantly lower than comparable, larger firms.

We are not based in London but frequently travel to London or abroad as required.
